I used to be high on this guy kinda like I was high on Munguia a while back. But then came GB, who has destroyed Munguia career and now is on the same track with Zepeda. Ridiculous match making only stalls your career, you have to take your lumps even if it means losing, sometimes tuff fights make you better as a fighter so IDK what GB is doing, but to be fair, all the 135 has had some terrible match making, gimme fights, that includes top rank stable.

Zepeda is one tough fighter in the lightweight division, but there is no way that he's the top dog at 135.
Not with fighters such as Tank. Haney, and Stevenson fighting in this weight class, he's second tier to them.
Those three are the trifecta of the lightweight elite, it is yet to be determined who comes in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, in their horse race to the finish.
