        I don't know that there is a 'best' personality, but you gotta love a guy like David Diaz. Everyone has had, or has a buddy with the same type of goofy personality.

            The Klitschko's come to mind. They seem like down to earth guys and always respecting their opponents.

                        I like Cotto's demeanor. Hes not exactly nice but he is respectful to fans and his opponents without losing his killer instinct.
