No, Pacquiao at times is a WW puncher--but Cotto has proven he take punches even from the best. What Pacquiao needs to do is basically swarm Cotto-apparently I've never seen anyone actually put a decent combination against him. All the southpaws who faced Cotto pretty much tried to go for the KO. Quintana had moments but he stayed in one spot most of the time. Never a good plan if your against Cotto.
