JMM did raise red flags, but Pacquiao was against advanced drug testing. At the time, I didn't think much of it, but in hindsight I admit Floyd was right in demanding more drug testing and this may have been karma catching up to Pacquiao if he ever did cheat on any of his fights.

Both guys were roided up. Marquez knocked Pac down hard in the begging of the fight, you already saw in the fight that things were going to be different.
Pac said that he wanted to KO Marquez once and for all to leave no doubts, that was his tactic and he got caught.

Marquez in an interview said that Pac was coming strong and felt that he wanted to knock him out, he was feeling the punches. He noticed that Pac lowered his hand before throwing the left and he automatically countered like the trained.

After that fight Pac was pro testing.
