Everyone knows you get revenge at the original weight the fight took place. You don’t change the rules to benefit you during the rematch. You seen mcgregor do the same when he lost to Nate Diaz. Anyone who disagrees either is a hater or has no sense of pride.

A lie not challenged becomes the truth. Nothing hateful about the truth, but don't let your fandom cause you to be blind or unfair.

Indeed. It doesn't make sense for Canelo to fight him at 168 anyway, since his goal was to fight for the undisputed 175 title, before going for his 5th division title at Cruiserweight (which would be career ending).

Why are they haters because they don't follow your broken and slanted logic? Bivol gave Cinnabon the opportunity to fight for his belt at light heavyweight in the first fight, and Canelo's belts weren't on the line. Now that Bivol successfully defeated Cinnabon and defended his title, Dmitry should have the opportunity to fight for Canelo's titles if that is what he wants. To the victor goes the spoils. Cinnabon shouldn't have the leverage to make the decision, he lost and turned down his immediate rematch clause in order to fight GGG again.

I don't think Canelo can beat Bivol in a rematch, but seems if Canelo has confidence that he can, and that is good. Win lor lose it is only fair to give Canelo credit for his spirit of willingness to give it his best try.

Bivol never fought at 168!! I agree with you, but let’s be honest, what would the optics be if that was to take place? You know it won’t look well for Canelo making the guy who beat him come down in weight.

thing is canelo haters wanted the fight at 168lb so if canelo beats him they can cry weight drained.

Props to canelo for seeing this it's 175 or nothing..

Haters scrambling for excusese"noooooo I don't want Rematch cuz of canelo wins I can't brag anymore waaaaahh".

Canelo simply needs to forget about Bivol until there’s a LHW undisputed. Fight Ben then leave 168. Either acclimate to 175 or take his chances right for the king.

I understand, but the difference is Bivol WANTS TO, he has stated that on numerous occasions, and that is his only interest in the rematch.

                      They will complain regardless, Canelo.
