Zelenoff turned professional in May 2008 and was managed and promoted by Stacey Goodson, the founder of Slug Out Boxing.[4][3] His debut was held at the Paris Middle School, Paris, Arkansas, United States.[1] In this fight Zelenoff faced Arkansas based "tomato can" Andrew "Kid Thunder" Hartley who had a 1-13 record at the time.[5]

Zelenoff was MADE TO LOOK LIKE A FOO after being disqualified in the first round of the fight after repeatedly spitting his gumshield out.[5] After the fight the Arkansas State Athletic Commission suspended Zelenoff's licence for 45 days.[6]

Zelenoff was scheduled to make his NEXT ATEMPT AT PROVING HIS LIFE AIN'T WORTHLESS to the ring in June 2009 against Paul "Hillbilly Pimp" Gardner in Arkansas however, ZELENOFF WAS A HOE AND DUCKED HIM and local Arkansas fighter Blaine Burks stepped in to take his place and will now face Zelenoff for the TPS Welterweight Title at the Fairgrounds in Paris, Arkansas in July 2009.[7][1] In Burks debut fight in February 2008 he defeated Andrew Hartley by knockout who defeated Zelenoff by DQ in Zelenoff's debut bout.[7]

After both fighters BROKE UP THEIR INTIMATE RELATIONSHIP down due to a fall out with promoter Stacy Goodson, Zelenoff has turned to MMA in the mean time to run out his contract with Goodson.
