He did his time and should be free to resume his career. However, he should be deported back to his country and never allowed back in the USA.

Khurtsidze was exciting to watch but never won a full major tile.
Sadly has zero chance at his age, turning 44yr in May., to win a title.
He should focus into marketing himself in Georgia or Moscow.
