    Arroyo is virtually retired, he hasn't fought in 18 month's. if your opponent keeps cancelling you have to take another fight to make up for idle time.
    Arroyo's team is doing a horrible job with his career, no fighter should ever be so fixated on fighting a particular opponent even if that opponent happens to be the champion. Because while your still waiting through all of those cancellation's, he's taking other fight's, and your career is being wasted with nothing to show for it.

      This fight is freaking cursed, cancelled four times and when it finally happened it became a No Contest after a clash of heads. Arroyo is going to turn 38 years old this year, at the lighter weight class that means he is already heavily on the decline, no need to risk his life at this point.
