I don't know man. Jermell Charlo's doctor recommended he "should refrain from upper extremity training that involves impact for 2 months.”

    https://www.boxingscene.com/wbo-issu...covery--171440

And that was late December last year. Which means he should have been able to train by March this year. And July could have been a perfect date for the Tzsyu fight, the date which Tim publicly preferred. But champ Charlo said NO. Probably just to impose his A-side status.

Hilarious part is Charlo was fuming mad and accused Castano and Harrison of faking injuries when they postponed their rematches.

This has been a weak division for so long full of fighters with shady performances like
Lara, Hurd, Harrison, Williams, Rosario, Lubin, Gausha,Trout, Andrade, Castano, Charlo himself is not undefeated.

We still don't know who the real deal is, especially with new names like Fundora, Mendoza, Tzsyu.

And a Physical Therapist. Comparing one hand injury to another is like comparing fingerprints. Too many bones, too many ligaments, too little blood supply, too many variables. Hand injuries, if bad, may never heal..especially the ones involving the most poorly vascularized areas.

Too insinuate that Jermell is ducking Tim is clinically insane.

Both Charlo’s need to get active again man. They’re really stalling both divisions.

You're not a doctor, why are you saying such things as if you are? Didn't you just read what his own doctor said?

So you went mute when Jermell Charlo was accusing Harrison and Castano of faking their injuries as excuse for postponing their rematches with him. Even then Castano only took 2 months from original date to rescheduled fight.

I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy. I don’t agree with Charlo in what he said about Castano’s injury at all. I think that was him being mad about doing a training camp and wanting his get back but having to wait longer. He was wrong for that.

I understand you hate Charlo but to think he’s trying to drag out an injury or lie about its severity after all he’s done in the division is just hate. If you want to see my credentials, DM me. You can look me up and find all my education and work experience. You will see I know a thing or two about musculoskeletal injuries. I can give you a 1000 examples of surgeons or MDs that give time frames and they never pan out. Especially in contact sports and especially when you can’t track an athletes every move or stop them from being overzealous.

Well, let's just admit we're only concerned about fighters we like and not others. Harrison and Castano got injured, but no details were ever dug about their cases. Why is that? Fights got made within 6 and 2 months respectively; injuries that made Charlo fume mad and he's absolutely sure they're fake. All of a sudden, here he is, he's so special the sporting world should heed his call he's not faking. The others were/are.

Anyways, this is probably my last post on these Tzsyu/Charlo discussions. I won't lose sleep if it never happens. Not interested in a fight where one fighter has a ready-made excuse. Let him take his time all he wants.

I agree with you but we all know, healthy or injured. Charla is a ducking queen.

The Charlo's are a pair of weirdos.
