    Id' say your as good as your last fight. Remember, no one would touch Margarito after what he did to Cotto.

      Not a Floyd fan but I don't see how not fighting Mosley makes sense.

      Forget about PPV numbers, this is boxing to be determine your legacy and be the best ; not fiancial wars with gloves.

      Honestly, the fighter of the 3 [Cotto, Mosley, Pac] Mosley has the best chance to beat Floyd [speed, power, experience]. And everyone KNOWS this. Just because Mosley is a draw or not shouldn't matter, Floyd says he brings the fans right ? Then he shouldn't worry and make excuses about the past.

        Mosleys the toughest fight IMO but in the end mayweather beats him. Mayweather gets his props if he takes out Mosley. If he fights Mosley he's fought the number 1 ranked WW and that can't be taken away from him.

          If you don't want to see Floyd fight Shane sometime next year (even if he fights the winner of Pac-Cott) you aren't a Floyd fan or a boxing fan. You are just a ****ing idiot.

            Exactly.

            He has the money, he should using his comeback to further his legacy againest legit competition.

            Mosley-Floyd is a very good fight, even sized, speed, power, everything in the mix for an actual good fight ANYONE would love to see.

              floyd isn't even entertaining fighting mosley. that's why he's ducking him. floyd isn't even saying mosley is a possible future opponent... its straight up duckage.

              pac is too small.

              mosley is the #1 WW, not cotto.

                  Here's the thing with me .... I'm a Floyd Fan {Boxing} Not the other **** he does outside of the ring .... But I do understand that he does it to promote an image that sells. That image has made him millions hand over fist and it has worked well ... Now Mayweather is all people talk about {Get it??} {It worked}

                  Now as a long-time Boxing fan, I want to see Mayweather fight Cotto, Pac, Mosley and Clottey.

                  But I also understand that Boxing is a BUSINESS FIRST and that fights that generate huge revenue must be taken ahead of legacy fights. Because the money may not always be there to be had ... things change on a dime in boxing and if a Big money fight is at your doorstep ... take it while you can. And from there let the chips fall where they fall.

                    He has to wait for Pac/Cotto winner. If he signs off on a fight with Shane and Pac wins, Roach might call it a day for Pac or fight someone else for a closer to his career. If Cotto wins, then he can fight Shane (because he is older than Cotto) and then if he beats Shane, fight Cotto. Pac's set to retire very soon so he can't blow his chance with that fight.

                      I don't believe that Shane deserves a fight with PBF. If PBF don't want it then he shouldn't give him it, it's not ducking. Floyd's the man and he calls the shots. When Mosley was on top he didn't give Floyd a chance. With that said, I would love to see Floyd shut Mosley up.
