I see Abraham vs Taylor playing out similar to Winky vs Taylor. Like Chronic said, Abraham is not a pressure fighter and Taylor has no problem with defensive fighters who take their time like Abraham.

With that said, I like both fighters and i don't have a bet o nthis fight but i'm pulling for Taylor on this one.

How is Taylor overrated? The concensus on this forum (and elsewhere) is that he will get KTFO by Abraham.

I just hope that if Taylor puts on a masterful performance and beats Abraham dominantly, no one tries to downplay that win by calling Abraham a German Hype Job or nothing like that.

The closer we get to Abraham/Taylor, the more I give Taylor a decent chance to pull the upset.

He knows what his flaws are, and he knows Abraham will try to capitalize late in the fight.

Remember Pavlik/Taylor II, when Taylor came out and fought a very patient, measured fight? He was coming off a KO that was the result of gassing out... just like he will be against Abraham. He knew his best chance of winning was pacing himself. Unfortunately he got outworked by a busier fighter. But we know Abraham isn't going to out work him.

I think we'll see Taylor pace himself and do enough to bank rounds but not waste energy trying to bomb out Abraham's guard. He will really need to make an effort to place his punches when AA opens up for one of his offensive bursts, because he leaves himself wide open and it's the easiest time to hit him.

Also he CANNOT stand square in front of Abraham. He has to jab and move, especially in the later rounds.

If Taylor can stay off the canvas, he wins this fight. It's not like AA has KO'd EVERYONE he's ever fought - just most of them. But it's not impossible to go 12 with him.

Not only will he be a Euro hype-job, he'll also be a blown-up middleweight.

Nevermind the fact that we've been hearing for a year that he can't safely make 160 lbs any more.

                Fair warning...

                  That's a sick poster for Froch-Dirrell.

Both of these fights are too hard to make an solid prediction IMO. Too many factors in each. Hoping for 3 great opening fights.
