  • Vitali Klitschko May Walk Away From Boxing By 2010

According to comments made to Ukraine outlet News Ru, WBC heavyweight champion Vitali Klitschko plans to retire in two or three more fights. Considering his active scheduled, two or three more fights can happen by the end of 2010. Klitschko had been away from the sport for four years, returning last year to dominate Sam Peter to win the title. In 2009 he stopped Juan Carlos Gomez and Chris Arreola. [details]

To be fair, there's not a lot to do in the Heavyweight division so i don't blame him.

Yeah no one can hate on Vitaly his distruction of Chris Arreola was very impressive. With his retirement is the only way Americans can dream of having a Champion again, their just 2 big and strong. And when you make a man like Arreola cry in the ring he must be doing something right lol. (2 be honest that beating almost made me cry)

not in my lifetime as a boxing fan have a i ever seen a guy be forced to walk away from boxing because he is so good and there is such a lack of competition for him. theyve totally wiped out the heavyweight division together. I think its a good way to go though, he can retire as a champion before he gets too old, and it will free up a belt or a spot or whatever for someone to challenge wladimir for.

If my little brother had two belts to my one I'd beat his ass and deal with my mom later...
