Comments Thread For: Shakur Stevenson on Facing Gervonta Davis: It's The Biggest, Best Fight in The Sport

Top lightweight contender Shakur Stevenson believes Ryan Garcia wasn't on the same level as Gervonta "Tank" Davis. Last Saturday night at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Davis dropped Garcia in the second round and then finished him off with a body shot in the seventh.

He may actually be right, I personally look forward to Inoue-Fulton most but only diehards are on that. If Loma can turn back the clock that’ll be nice too ..

He's over rating the fight as the biggest in the sport but it's very good. I think he's right about Ryan here, I thought he'd have more .The anticipation proved to be much greater than the fight.

Top Rank will give Shakur the winner of Haney-Loma, then present the winner to Tank for undisputed. I'll take Loma to outbox them all.

100%. Two young elite fighters in their primes. Would love to see it.

He was looking for one left hook the whole entire fight.
Just like Tank said before the fight. But NSB was so blind with hatred for the man they ignored the truth.

To say it would be a great fight, is an understatement!

It is turning up to be one of the better matchups in sports today. Garcia never got Tank to go into second gear.

Yeah proper high level fight. Don't see it happening anytime soon but it's a fight that really intrigues me an one I'll love to see

I prefer this fight over Haney's 100% and I would go with Stevenson
