Did Erdenebat break Ryans ribs in sparring?

In the video Erdenebat says he hit him with a body shot, injured him, and Ryan had to go to the hospital. This would explain a lot about the body shot. Ryan was hiding something in the post fight interview, he was about to say something then stopped and said he couldn't breath or etc.

It seems there may have been a pre-existing injury. If true, makes it even dumber for Ryan to have fought the way he did.

Side note, I wonder who was the mole. Was it Erdenebat? He may deny it but he has incentive (fired from his sparring gig) to retaliate.

Broken ribs hurt just as much as torn cartilage of the ribs.
Also, a bruised liver hurts no matter wether the ribs are broken or not.
