Comments Thread For: Teofimo Lopez Backing Lomachenko To Win: Why? Because They're Not Teofimo!

At one point, it seemed blasphemous to place anyone in the same stratosphere as Vasiliy Lomachenko. His bemusing angles, ubiquitous offensive output, and sublime defensive acumen allowed the Ukrainian to aggregate world titles in three separate weight classes.

This kid has surpassed his father in delusional statements and behavior.

Bob really needs to get this Kid some consistent counseling before his mental health degrades any further.

I am looking forward to this dumbass fighting Taylor though. Decent matchup. Hopefully the incoming loss won't send him even loopier.

Then again Bob could rob Taylor for Teo. I've seen more improbable things happen in this sorry a$$ sport.

Teo backing Loma because he was too afraid to fight Haney and he beat Loma.

The problem with Lopez is that he has placed himself on such high levels without any validation it’s impossible for him to give a proper assessment. Haney will have a few challenges but due to his youth, abilities and work ethic he’ll prevail but the Buck stops their! Shakur and Gervonta are a whole different stage and story. Also Lomachenko is a bit old and has been fighting a long time for the lower weights and he’s not in the right division anyway.

If Loma wins what will be the excuse for Haney?
            He is the favorite.

Haney vs Loma should be competitive if Loma is still in good form. Teofimo must back up his words by dominating Taylor. Shakur has the stuff to beat them all--maybe Tank can catch him but we need to see it. Good fights ahead.

                Ah yes poor OLD Loma.

No one called Mayweather old when he was about to fight Canelo. It was poor Canelo so young fighting the experienced Mayweather who apparently was older in age than Loma is now when he fought Canelo.

Lol what? Canelo was 42-0 or so when he fought May. I don't care how many Uber drivers he fought, it is still 42 professional bouts. The only excuse here is that Floyd was 2 levels above Canelo

Right? Floyd was 36 when he beat Canelo.

Lomachenko just turned 35. Too old, doe.
