Combination punch speed and one punch speed are different abilities.

Floyd Mayweather Junior's combination punch speed was in my opinion, not super elite 'But his one punch speed was elite, and at any given time? Mayweather was consistently throughout his entire career ranked in the Top-3 with his one punch speed'.

Roy Jones Junior had a combination of elite combination punch speed, and one punch speed.

Note: I believe that one punch speed, helps boxer punchers, or counter punchers rack up points 'More so than combination punch speed'. Mayweather's combination punch speed was world level, but there have been fighters who were greater in this area etc.

A Mere Con has clearly faster hands for sure. RJJ's handspeed was incredible relatively to his division. There were/are/will be faster bois in lighter divisions.
