After Floyd beat Oscar, he still continued to give Oscar business by letting him promote his next 9 fights. At the time, Hatton, Marquez, Cotto etc weren’t Golden Boy fighters.
Oscar still confined to criticize Floyd. When Floyd fought Connor, Oscar belittled that fight and criticized Floyd for fighting a MMA guy. A few years later, Oscar desperately wanted to fight Connor.
Oscar did put in a reverse-rehydration stipulation for Floyd because he wanted Floyd to come in heavy.
Oscar is going to lose Garcia too. Mark my words.

Let's not pretend going up in weight is remotely comparable to the comprise and detriment of forcing a fighter to come down in weight AND implementing a rehydration clause. Oscar did force bhop to meet him at a catchweight but atleast he met him in the middle, nor did force a rehydration clause which was the contention of Oscar's point.

So you're comparing bringing up one of the greatest fighters to ever live, a single division to a weight we all know Mayweather rehydrates to.....to Tank bringing bringing up the like of one dimensional Leo Santa Cruz and a washed up never has been Gamboa??......nothing more to be said here....Comment

Everyone on this board keeps saying Oscar made Floyd go up to 154 to fight him. That’s not true. Oscar was the WBC super welterweight champion at the time and Floyd wanted his title so it was Floyd decision to move up in weight and attempt to become a 5 division champion.Comment
