There's not much between them in terms of power and speed IMO, but if you put a gun to my head, I'd probably say Judah.

Spinks was stopped by Judah at 147, and had only had one fight at 160. He's been a welterweight and jr. middleweight for the majority of his career.

But Pacman throws at better angles and 3/4 punch combos making punches harder to see. Zab throws 1 punch at a time these days
