Top rated for Frank Martin at PBC is Isaac Cruz. It's looking like Cruz is being avoided. Easy fight to make. KDavis vs Martin is not going to happen anytime soon even if both want the fight. Competing promoters don't mix well in this sport since time immemorial. It's a mere fantasy fight hyped by certain media that have penchant for making idiots out of fans.

Remember belts don't matter to some. Frank Martin is a good fight for Cruz in the same promotional company. I don't think Cruz cares much for a belt. If anything it would be more exciting to watch Tank vs Haney or Loma, if they are crossing the streets.

Make no financial sense for PBC to send Pitbull to ESPN and Top Rank. Makes more sense for Frank Martin to beat Cruz or vice versa and raise their stock internally. What was the offer to Pitbull money wise?
