If Chris had been in shape, he'd still have been beaten up by Vitali last night. Nothing would've changed that, except for maybe 3" extra in height and about the same in reach, and at least 5 years more experience.

I agree and he did good for 10. He wasn't as visibily gassed as people make it out.

Vitali is just way more skilled experienced and has such a variety of punches that can hurt you.

It really was a boxing lesson more than anything to do with stamina.

Are you kidding me? Take all the factors away and he's still a sloppy HW w/ terrible foot work no ring generalship at all. How he was undefeated up to that point is BEYOND me. He has a great chin I give him that much.

I think he should drop to 220. Don't forget, he probably weighed more during fight night. I am really impressed with Arreola's heart. I think he did a great job. I thought he was going to get knocked out, he defiantly proved me wrong.

That was a boxing lesson period. Nothing to do with weight, stamina, reatch or anything else. He knew since day one that DR.Ironfist was the bigger better man, he trained hard and did his best, but Klits was to much for him as is been for everybody else. Now he needs to sitdown and think what he really wants. He needs a new trainer, new corner move out when training away from everything and most importantkeep his f****ng head in the game, those thousands of countrymen are not the ones taking the beating one the ring, they pay for it but they are not the ones looking up for his family if something happends on the ring...

I can definitely imagine him losing again.

Maybe even look worse, because he'd be smaller if he lost all that fat.

I really think he has learned his lesson and will start fighting in better shape, and if he does the dude can do a lot of damage in this division. Im a Klitschko but I think Arreola would have cause Wlad a lot of trouble if he fought him instead of Vitali last night, maybe underating Wlad a bit but thats what I think. An in shape Arreola will cause a lot of problems
He was in shape. He will never looked ripped, its not in his genetics. He went through a vigorous training camp and if thats what his body looks like at the end, its the how he will always look, unless he takes steroids.

Some people are just like that.

even if he got inshape he still needs to improve his technique.

there was absolutely nothing wrong with his conditioning.
not a body building competition, and he needed the weight to stand up to the punches he was catching.
