  • Comments Thread For: Jake Paul: My Team Wanted Easy Fight Like KSI - That's Not How I'm Built!

According to Youtuber turned boxer Jake Paul, his team was advising him to return to the ring against a fellow social media star like KSI. However, Paul decided to face another MMA veteran, as on Wednesday he officially announced his next fight would come against Nate Diaz.

This is an easy fight. That's why Jake Paul is taking it. He knows he's just hype. Why else would he face someone who is making his boxing debut? He finally fought someone with Luke warm boxing experience, and lost. This Great (...) Hype is going to ride this thing all the way to the bank.....until the wheels come off.

Another undersized, over the hill MMA star.

He doesn't want a rematch with Fury because his marketability ends with a second defeat

      I mean I don't blame him, it's called prizefighting for a reason

And the script continues with a spinoff instead of the rematch, because Fury didn't follow his role.

Glad to see Paul isn’t doing a rematch with Fury. Paul made a bad business move listening to all of the boxing fans whining for him to fight “a real boxer.” He should have kept ignoring them and fighting guys like Diaz and KSI -and then maybe a JCC Jr. for his last boxing match. All the Fury fight did was give a big payday to a big lug “real boxer”with no charisma (Tommy Fury) and more needless airtime for the obnoxious Furys - all for a so-so fight. All Paul has to do when people criticize him for not fighting Fury is post the picture of him knocking Fury down with a jab and leave it at that.

Yup a tough BJJ fighter with a face made of scar tissue who fights at 155 who is far past his prime. Such a tough task. Why not another boxer your size? Cuz you'd lose again.

Maybe because even he knows people are not as dumb as you obviously are by posting this. You are glad to see Paul fight a non boxer who he holds a significant weight over? Whose face is entirely made up of scar tissue? Who has never boxed a pro fight? We seen that already 5 or 6 times. It's tired and everyonr knows why he does it. You like Paul's career are a joke.
