SSM beat DLH for the WBA/WBC belts at 154. He was the champ. Winky had the IBF belt. They unified and Winky beat him. Then Winky gave up the IBF belt and defended the WBA/WBC belts against SSM in the rematch.

I would've loved to see a Clottey-Mosley fight and still would. Berto not so much, because he isn't that good and he is a primadonna that thinks he's worth more than what he really is.

I would have too ... Mosley knows that is a High risk, low reward fight - One that he could easily lose. He offered no objections to what HBO did .. which makes me inclined to believe it was a ploy to get Berto back to the table - Berto would be a much easier fight for Mosley, in the event Mayweather didn't bite.

Then why do most of Floyd's fans want to see Mosley fight Berto if it's such an easy fight? Clottey has no clout even though he is a hard fighter to deal with. Mosley would beat him handily too though because Clottey goes into that defensive shell too much. But fights are not won on paper.

Berto isn't an easy fight for anyone ... just easier than Clottey.

Honestly, I want to see all these guys mix it up ... But that's a problem that cannot be solved when economics is in the forefront. And if you have every CHAMP - BELT-HOLDER turning down fights just because they only want the big paydays .... the situation will only get worst. Give up the belt and chase after the big paydays ..... but as a belt-holder, they should be required to give the up & coming a shot.

I would like nothing more than to see Floyd trounce Mosley, Cotto, Pac and Berto ... just to shut up all the hater's and their nonsense.

But as long as Floyd doesn't have a Belt - he isn't obligated to fight anyone. Mosley on the other hand, is obligated to fight the next in line and this he hasn't done.
