Kellerman actually fits pretty well in that game. 'Mr.Head, meet Mr.Fist' haha. I liked that.
I never played any of the knockout kings ones, jsut the fight nights.
the problem with the fight night games was that they were too easy. I mean, when Im using the lowest weight class fighters to KO Ali and Frazier within 5 rounds, theres something wrong.
except for FN 2004. now that was different. I just cant KO Ali with Rafa Marquez. I can knock him down, but not out. Rafa just has so little power in that game, and Ali uses so much ring movement.
I might have KOed him with Barrera though...cant remember.
2004 was my favorite of the series overall, but I havent played Round 4 yet.Comment

If you look on the right hand side of all youtube videos, there is a box that says 'Embed'. You copy the text inside that box and paste it in the forum.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=herKRIrsks4

Yeah they were way too easy. But Round 4 is really tough on its highest difficulty (especially since the game allows you to decrease stamina, punch accuracy etc). A lot of the fights I have against the computer (3min rounds), I end up being gassed by about round 8, so I have to try coast some rounds.Kellerman actually fits pretty well in that game. But it really teaches me to throw less, cause normally I throw way too much without realising. Whenever I get a win it's always worthwhile on those settings.
I played Wlad vs Eddie Chambers earlier and lost a Split Decision cause he knocked me down 3 times lol
Then I did a rematch, kept jabbing him and landing the right bomb, and eventually he just fell completley apart in round 7. Was awesome.
But knockout kings is were I started. 2001 all the way. That was before I even loved boxing. I didn't know any of the boxers, only Ali and Ray Robinson.Comment

Knockout Kings 2000 for it's time was awesome. I do still play it! I love 2001 just as much but PS2 version. KO kings 2000 is not that easy of a game, Try beating Arguello using Kevin Kelley or Pedro Pena, it's super hard on the hard level. The only way you can fight lightweight vs other weight classes is by using the "slugfest" mode, which I loathe. KO kings 2000 had a lot of good design to it. Like you can flash KO somebody , which is cool, and you can to that also in 2001 but not as often.
fight nights 2004 as some have already said , is also an awesome game, love that game, it's even better on xbox360 if you download the reverse thing from the xbox website it allows you to play fight nights 2004 on xbox 360 and the graphics are a lot better if you do it this way.
fight nights round 4 is a good game too, I really like it but I wish you could use buttons to punch, that's the main thing I hate about it.Comment
