Mendoza really caught Fundora with that vicious right hook, and wicked follow up left hook. Fundora didn't know what hit him as he was going down, Mendoza really snatched victory from the jaw's of defeat.

I think that it's about time for Fundora to move up to the middleweight division. He just might be straining his body way too much in order to keep making the 154 pound division.

That's it. The freak has fallen, lol. Granted, he can still come back, I just think he's going to be a tad gun shy and perhaps more vulnerable. He is there to be hit and all it takes is a guy with enough power and a good shot.

I made a joke thread awhile ago saying with his height, he could eventually become Heavyweight champ. The reality is that his best advantages may have been that he was a freak in height for a lighter weight class. I think if he even bulked up to go to Heavyweight, he'd be decapitated by the punchers up there.

Was always a major accident waiting too happen.
I never understood the hype. Like the sports in a seriously bad spot when we're hyping up guys because they're so lanky.

lots of flaws with these up and coming guys. Fundora as a slow and lanky fighter has little business throwing a punch that is meant for a compact Zab Judah type of fighter who could get away with it due to his compact frame and speed, Its just all wrong from these trainers. Just like all these other fighters that do the shoulder roll style all wrong and get exposed. Trainers are teaching the wrong techniques and styles to the wrong fighters thinking all fighters are the same. This goes for all trainers you have it in the Afro American fighters as well as the Hispanics, Asians all of them really.

the Era of training your fighter the fundamentals and adapting it to a style afterwards is now gone. its lets train them to a style and F the fundamentals so the fighters is having to try and learn fundamentals ( AKA go back to the fundamentals) at a later date ( after they get "exposed") in their careers which is too late for most fighters.
