We may never know the real reason why Marquez wasn't KO'd, but I suspect with the added weight and more intense neck muscle exercises, JMM was able to withstand shots to the head better and not fall.

I personally think Floyd could've knocked him out if he wanted to.

Floyd respects Marquez, which is why he didn't trash talk about and to him much at all. After a severe schooling, he let Marquez lose with dignity.

Marquez deserved at least that much.

and in their natural weight division! Floyd had ALL the advantages and he only knock him down once? He should've KO'ed him or at least a TKO.

pac knocked him down 3 times in their first fight because jmm underestimated him, but one he adjusted to that straight left, what happened for the rest of the fight?

the second fight, he only dropped him once, just like Floyd.

styles make fights, and jmm is a helluva fighter that no one will ever knock out.

the real question should be, why did floyd shut him out in 12, when marquez has won more rounds than pac?
