I also think Cotto is just too slow.

Mosely would try and fight with PBF. I think he would throw caution to the wind and throw everything at PBF. I think he stands a better chance than Cotto.

Miguel Cotto is the best fight and the most competitive. Cotto cleaned up the house at 147, he's the guy who deserves the most to fight Floyd. Mosley beat Margarito without plaster and Pacquiao is too small and doesn't have enough defensive skills to fight Floyd.

SSM is his toughest test. And they need to fight now before he gets any older.

Floyd should fight Mosley next month since Floyd walked right through Marquez. Why does he need like 3-4 months to prepare for the fight when he walked right through Marquez? He should need only one month to prepare for Mosley, so make the fight happen asap.

I just hope Floyd doesn't end up fighting Juan Diaz and Andre Berto.

If he can slot Mosley in before Pacquiao/Cotto that's great, but Pacquiao/Cotto is the main dish. I'm amazed at how reactionary this forum is that since Mosley's little Kanye stunt that fight is now bigger than a Pacquiao one!

Mayweather would be silly to turn down this opportunity to beat Mosley. Less risk, more immediate reward.

Yup, that is the best option. Berto, someone needs to get rid of him.

I think peoples opinions of Pacs chances of success against Floyd were greatly diminished when Floyd toyed with JMM.

They have very different styles but size wise, there is now a call for Floyd to fight an opponent of equal size, and who can punch. Mosely is big enough, tough enough, fast enough and has power. Maybe not to beat Floyd, but to be a decent match.

There is basically a welterweight tournament going on at this moment so long as its Mosley and nobody else.

Should he beat Shane, as many expect that he can and in some instances, quite easily, I don't see how any fan can be against this fight as it only makes the matchup against the winner of Cotto/Pacquiao even bigger. Should Pac win, well, its already been speculated as to the craziness surrounding negotiations, much less the fight. Should Cotto win, the fight is just as big as some people still see Cotto as an unbeaten fighter should he get by Pacquiao. That would create some immense hype as well as Cotto is someone we as boxing fans want to see Floyd fight.

Floyd is in a great position to make his mark on the sport and at the same time, elevate the sport to levels its never seen.

Lets hope as fans of the sport of boxing,

he makes the right decision and proves his worth in the annals of boxing history.
