that little punk runs his mouth all over social media... he called out Tank, Cruz & Zepeda by mouth but there wasn't a contract offer... if he was serious Bob Arm would have discussed this... Shaky is just saying the cause he's really the one who's avoiding EVERYBODY... Zepeda said responded by saying, "don't mention my name you don't have a contract".. bam!
As soon as Zepeda said that, Shakur's team sent a contract, and Zepeda said as much. He also said that Oscar didn't want the fight, which was my original point.
