I don't know much about Tarver so that was actually a question.
He still can't be called the best LHW in the world because he hasn't taken on Johnson or that British guy (his name escapes me right now).

Tarver is hands down the best lightheavy in the world. I have alot of respect for Johnson.....but Tarver will not let Johnson dictate tempo like RJJ let him do. Tarver will continue to dominate this division, the only way he gets beat in the near future is if he does something ****** like move up to heavy to fight Toney or something.
