It really is cash out time , Hearn can see , like we all can , Joshua being knocked off and knocked out sooner than he can make 'the pot of gold' with Fury ...

Would that leave him with any further fights with an actual audience in 2023? Seems a good way to further derail his career, while draining his bank account. Or are you suggesting he fights Fury in 2023 also after these two fights? Seems like a shortcut to CTE.
General consensus is aj needs more fights as he looks lost & vulnerable just now
Hearn is saying he can't have those fights as people won't pay to see it.
Essentially he can't recover and improve and will be rushed more than he should be
Rather than risk losing again too soon & wiping out his confidence. Aj has enough money to pay from his own pocket.
Fighters of franklins level would fight for 300-600k. He could have 2 camps and fights in a closed setting.
Back to back within 6 months max
That's the way it used to get done back in the day.
AJ then works on his game either wins or loses away from public & when he comes back he has improved with renewed interest in him
Have his 2 tune ups in closed setting then make his comeback with a big fight.
It a win win scenario for AJ. With social media today he'd likely earn millions for footage when he released it. Only person it doesn't suit is Hearn who won't earn from it...
AJ needs time to work on his head & figure out how he wants to fight. He says he loves the game & wants another title. That's his best shot at it...Last edited by Neil Anblomi; 04-03-2023, 06:31 PM.Izzy1973 likes this.

Listen: if anythign remotely happens like your suggestion, I will give you full credit. But it won't. Clearly he will fight in front of an audience. The whole point of the endeavour is to generate money.
