The Wilder from yesteryear?I agree but we don't know what's left of a soon to be 38yr old Wilder after those ass beatings he took from Fury. Helenius decided he wanted to take the Malik Scott route before we got to find out.

The way Franklin was taking right hands I doubt he can take too many of those from Wilder. The right hand is legit.

AJ i don't think hits as hard as people made out when he was coming up. Hits hard yeah but he doesn't have that one punch power like Wilder. Even Klitschkos had more power. They had a jab style people found boring like AJs been trying to do but difference is they still knocked out journeyman like Franklin

Frankie's head is still orbiting Pluto if Wilder was in there.
Hell, Whyte would have comatized Frankie.

AJ is not fighting to KO people it seems
Even vs soft touch Pulev, he was trying to be a ''patient'' boxer.

I'm not crazy about Wilder, but I'l say this- He has the heart of a lion. He got KO'd by Fury and Fury only, who's a giant. Wilder KOs anyone not named Tyson Fury.

He can still punch. There’s no doubt about that mate.

No, he wouldnt. Koing stiverne and Ortiz don't mean you ko franklyn. You won't let's tough chin dude like Franklin outbox you for 12 rounds then be great for 2 seconds.
Wilder could ko most but I don't think he would ko franklin, but prove me wrong! Against ruiz if not Franklin

I think Wilder would get him out of there later in the fight. Jermaine Franklin is incredibly durable. AJ not getting the stoppage came as no surprise to me. AJ has a suspect chin, and Franklin has a chin made of steel. Why would AJ take the chance after back to back losses to Usyk? He did the right thing. Did he look impressive? No. But he won.
