Floyd is going for the fight people want to see and the fight that generates the most revenue.

IMO - I'll take either Cotto or Pac versus Mayweather over Mosley any day of the week.

Also - Just because GBP & Mosley have played their hand wrong doesn't mean that all of us have fallen for this crap they're spewing. They don't have any big-fight potential on the horizon without Mayweather ... So now Floyd needs to fight Mosley all of a sudden .... Please!!!!!!!!!Gimme a Break!!!!!!!!!!!!
Agree ,,,,, when was the last time Floyd called anybody out , thats what happens when your on top , they all call you out and your advisers select the best opponent and then you in best negotiation position , Floyd probably is bitter against Mosley , when Floyd wanted the fight Shane said no now its on the other foot and Floyd is probably enjoying watching Shane squirm ,,,, Floyd wont announce anything untill after Cotto Pac , and it wont be I want to fight so and so it will be negotiations are on , Floyd dont reveal who he wants to fight before the fact , the top dog never does .

of course its business but after pacquiao/marquez whos better than mosley?

and the thing is a bout between the winner especially pacquiao will take forever to negotiate and might not happen at all...you also forget arum and floyd dont play nice together....so why not mosley in the mean time? the ring magazine #1 top welterweight...Floyds division...its not cool that hes claiming welterweight when in reality hes not fighting any 147 fighters, theyre all catch weight welterweight fights with smaller guys...

      'The Ring' top 147s:
      1.mosley
      2.mayweather
      3.cotto
      4.clottey
      5.margarito
      6.berto
      7.quintana
      8.collazo

shanes fought 3 of them and wanted to fight cotto AGAIN, wants mayweather, and is gonna fight berto then clottey. floyds claiming welter but how many has he fought? he retired twice because 147 turned the heat up on his ass so he JUMPED OUT of the oven MEDIUM RARE...Floyds awesome but hes not taking any REAL challenges from guys HIS size...
Sadly .... fans never get the match-ups they want when they want. MONEY dictates everything - and no matter how good an argument you or anyone else put up .... it don't mean jack ****.

Especially when the networks\promoters\fighter's are staring at a GIGANTIC WINDFALL OF PROFIT - in a Pac vs Mayweather fight. If Pac beats Cotto - a fight with Floyd could be bigger than DLH vs Mayweather.

Mayweather would be absolutely crazy to take a Mosley fight over a Cotto or Pac fight.

In this case I agree .... let Mosley stew!!!!

yeah I think the bitter thing is the biggest reason why the fight has not been set up
