Comments Thread For: Hector Garcia Responds To Colbert: Our Fight Wasn't Close, Rematch Rayo Then We'll Talk
Chris "Prime Time" Colbert bounced back from his February 2022 unanimous decision loss to Hector Luis Garcia with a razor thin victory over Jose "Rayo" Valenzuela.

That's fair. I don't understand Colbert. Instead of saying he won't rematch Rayo because he's a sore loser, he should want to rematch Rayo for personal reasons, like because of the fact that he got knocked down and was getting hurt throughout the fight, because Rayo hurt his eye and had him blinking and rubbing it cinstantly, because of all those sharp stabs to his body. Rayo hit him with one Hard punch after another and lwas in control all the way through. So Rayo had every reason to believe he won, because he did. That doesn't make him a sore loser. He's supposed to feel like he got robbed because he did. So Colbert decides to act like a diva and say no rematch. What a shame. What happened to personal pride and wanting some get back? If somebody thumps my eye and has me blinking and pawing at my eyes, and knocks me on my ass, and hurts me a bunch of times to where I have to clinch and hold on for dear life, I'd wanna fight them again so I can do the same.thing back to them. Bixing today is full of this diva memtality. Dudes are.soft as sh.t, and spoiled nowadays. Both Garcia and Rayo gave Colbert a severe asswhipping if we're to be completely hinest about things. He should wanna rematch both, instead of chasing specific fighters. Guys today are picking and choosing too much, that's why they never reach their full potential as fighters

Colbert is having trouble with his vision against Valenzuela: keeps fighting hard.
Hector Garcia is having trouble with his vision againt Tank in the biggest fight of his career: quits on his stool.
Not an honest analysis. Tank hit Garcia so hard his vision got effected. Look at how Garcia had no clue where he was once that round ended.
Colbert is claiming he got poked in the eye by the glove. If tank hit Colbert with the same punch he would still be unconscious. Colbert is a hype job
Garcia must be a G. It's rubbish that Colbert wants to deny Ray a rematch but that doesn't take away the fact that he's is a certified warrior now. The way he fought under the trenches is stuff you see in the movies man most fighters would have folded or got into defensive mode under such pressure.
Colbert has to earn a shot at Hector Luis Garcia! Gonna be tough because it's slim pickings for PBC @ 130! Top guys have been ordered to fight each other, and Colbert is ass out!

Colbert came back from a hard knockdown in round 1 also. That was a big counter left hand landed by a bigger man.
I'm not taking sides here. Factually, Colbert fought like a warrior after being dropped once and hurt several times while Garcia quit as soon as the going got tough.
