We getting Stanionis vs Rocha for Apr. 29th?

According to ESPN Chava the earliest Vergil would be able to fight is mid July. Doubt, Stanionis would want to wait that long to fight this year, wouldn’t be surprise if Bud/Spence gets made next that both the WBA & WBO consolidate mandatory positions and order Stanionis to fight Rocha for the winner of Bud/Spence. TBH, don’t mine that fight think is a very solid scrap with Rocha having a legit shot at beating the Lithuanian

Why wouldn't he wanna wait? It's his biggest payday

If the paycheck is better than when stepped aside for Ugas to face Spence and still gets the 70/30 of the purse in the Stanionis-Ortiz Jr fight, then I don't see why he wouldn't wait three months. If anything, it could end up even more profitable for him if he decides to wait instead of trying to get another deal.

Hoping that the fight still takes place but wouldn't hold it against Eimantas even though the fight was rescheduled when he needed the appendectomy.

Rocha vs Stanionis also sounds quite entertaining as we would see at what level both fighters are, but it sounds like it could be too risky as it could lead to long lasting injuries for either fighter.

Rocha just fought. I doubt he steps in so soon. Plus...depending on how Spence-Crawford negotiations go, I'm sure Rocha rather step in with Crawford for an actual title.
