Should AJ vs Fury Be A 50-50 Purse Split since Fury only has a title by avoiding Usyk?

It appears Fury has been holding out for the fight with AJ. Most people would agree he ducked Usyk because it was perhaps too great a risk and if he'd lost the fight, then who knows what Fury would have done next. Frank Warren suggested that he might retire if he'd lost to Usyk and therefore a rematch clause was meaningless. But, since Fury did duck Usyk, isn't that really the only reason Fury still has the belt and that bargaining power to begin with? It's all because of the fact he ducked, and not because he retained his title by fighting arguably the opponent with the greatest chance of beating him - Usyk.

So, if AJ is able to beat Franklin this weekend, the Fury vs AJ fight might well be next up. Should the belt be removed from the equation and the purse split between AJ and Fury be a straight 50-50? Fury arguably only has the belt now because he ducked Usyk, and AJ doesn't have the belts because he fought Usyk. Could AJ use this fact to his advantage in negotiations and secure a 50-50 purse split as he is still arguably the A-side even without any titles of his own?
