They're banking on their casual social media fan base to pay for the ppv. Most of their millions of followers on social media are probably not hardcore boxing fans so they probably don't watch regular boxing. That demographic would be willing to pay for it because they view it as a "special event". For the hardcores, it's a decent match up against two reasonably good fighters but nothing to write home about. It may even end up being a fairly boring fight without much action as both guys may have a tactical approach and be cautious of each other's power.
