Am I the only one who didn't think the Colbert win was a total robbery?

I gave it to Rayo by a round. I really don't understand the outrage even though I scored it for Valenzuela. It was close.

Could score 6 rounds to Colbert?

Even though it was fairly close I think there could only be one winner.

I had it either 5-5 or 6-4 to Rayo

      Then the KD

But not the worst decision I’ve ever seen. We get worse ones every week in the UK

Considering it was only a 10 round fight, and Rayo scored a knockdown and hurt him in at least 3-4 separate rounds, I really don't see how one can give it to Colbert

“Robbery” is a term that gets thrown around too *******ly.

Valenzuela had some big rounds and some big impressive shots but when you score rounds it was actually pretty close to me.

I didn’t score but felt like Valenzuela won by a round or 2. No “robbery”.

It was somewhat close and possibly feasible to have Colbert winning.

Your right , the term robbery gets thrown around way to often when it isn’t
But the wrong man was awarded the fight , that goes without say
Look at Thursday’s fight , the scores were wide but was it a wide fight ?
            Nope , not even close
Imo , yesterday was kind of a robbery
Valenzuela got fughed no doubt about it

i could probably find 6 rounds (2, 4, 5, 7, 9, 10) to give to colbert. valenzuela didn't do himself any favors in the final round waiting until the last 5 seconds to do something. i think that round cost him the fight but i'm not sure if the official scorecards have been posted, 5th round is a swing round as well

No most here really aren't scoring the fight as it's going on. Most are judging based on perception and who had the bigger rounds. But it's arguable Colbert won every round he wasn't hurt in.

I had it 95-94 Rayo but that's based solely on scoring the 5th round for him, which was insanely close. 95-94 Colbert is an okay score in my opinion if you edged the 5th round to him.

A robbery is a robbery no matter how you slice and dice it. Most people had Venezuela winning by a round or two not including the KD. The wide majority felt he was screwed by the judges and was robbed of a win. There's no way in hell Colbert won 7 rounds. Which is exactly why people are calling it a robbery.

Robbery was my initial thought but second view is necessary. In between rounds during replays, I did feel like Rayo was missing alot of punches. Even when he had Colbert trapped in the corner, bunch of his shots were blocked or missed. His accuracy and finishing ability is questionable.

I feel for Valenzuela but next time, he cant allow a dead opponent to go 10-12 rounds with him.
