Maybe, but I'm pretty sure David landed more shots on Plant than Canelo. We can check the showStats later but if true, Canelo closed the deal with less punches. End of the day though, I think Plant is way too over rated. No meaningful offense so anyone with a some what of a chin can walk all over him.

I wasn't very impressed with david yesterday looked like a plodder i think it was more Plant failing in cardio and sticking to the plan over David actually being a monster how hard is it to beat down a guy who is doing nothing but trying to hug you? I think Canelo beats David after that.

Regardless of who beat Plant better, Benavidez proved that he has power late, can throw power shots for the second half of the fight, and is deadly accurate. Canelo will continue to run.
