Some people need to wake up. No-one of us really know how this has gone down, but if it's what has been reported then Fury is **** to rights here.
Yeah Usyk team made a mistake then they should not have been quick to publicly accept 70/30. Or they should have made it public in the video we accept 70/30, ON THE BASIS rematch would be 70/30.

I think it should be 60/40. No rematch clause.

But now they accepted 70/30 publicly in a video they messed up as both sides not going to move. Usyks team messed up getting Usyk to make videos publicly, amd Krassyuk doing plenty of interviews throughout the whole thing. They should have just continued the negotiations in private. But Fury dropped a video and they fell for his bait and ended up accepting the 70/30 within hours, then when they went to the table the rematch clause now becomes an issue

        Flat out. NO.

It's already slipping. His core fans will support him regardless, but the story isn't about his greatness anymore - it's about his laziness. The guy doesn't want to fight.

Can't take away his wins, he earned those. But he's coasting on that and it won't last.

We aren't talking about excuse machines as in Charlo or Spence. They too have put out promises and vague return periods. The fact is Fury last fought three months ago and Usyk seven months ago. Boring as the match and its build-up was, Chsiora was a rated contender. Others weren't available. Not wanting to go the 18-month hiatus route ala Spence or the Charlo's, Fury stayed busy, something the new generation of blockbuster starved boxing fans cant seem to get a grip on. In fact, MUCH of todays fanbase seems to prefer the drama of the excuse to prolong inactivity as oppsed to a fighter staying active and relevant. If Fury defends against even somebody like Ortiz or Ruiz (both are currently in The Ring Top 10) it'll be caniption fits all around.

Perhaps Fury could stay busy with Keith Thurman.

Many on these boards saw that as OK for Spence.

Usyk was asking for 70 - 30 in the rematch obv Fury wasn't going to do that even AJ didn't do that but ya'll keep going with your narrative and what you're told to think.
