C'mon man, Byrd was losing virtually every round until VK hurt his shoulder and at least he's six feet tall. A 5'9 Toney wouldn't be able to do much even if he is one of my favorite fighters to watch.

I always thought the people with the higher post counts were the more knowledgeable people. Then I met Burner, Flawless, Larry, DiegoFuego and many others and found out, sometimes it's indirect correlation between post count and intelligence. The same is true for this guy. James Toney is one of my All Time Favs but, I'm really having trouble even thinkin of him winning against EITHER klit brother.

Vitali was CLEARLY beating Byrd, all he had to do was stand up to fight, literally just stand there and use his other hand to decision Byrd but he didn't want to risk unrepairable injury to his shoulder so HE CHOSE TO STOP THE FIGHT, Byrd didn't TKO him he was just awarded a TKO victory due to the guidelines of Boxing, this guy didn't want to fight for his own reasons and the other guy without having to have knocked him out using his own punches to the face is awarded the TKO victory, it's technically a KO because Vitali didn't want to continue, Byrd had NOTHING to do with why Vitali stopped fighting homie his health had EVERYTHING to do with it

If Vitali showed the same lack of heart, sure James would make him quit in about 8 rounds. Since the Byrd fight, however, Vitali's resurgent heart (years worth!!!) and James propensity for not getting into even mediocre shape?????? VK wins in a one sided snoozer or TKO 10+

Keep telling yourself that. But it is a TKO loss and it obviously had to do with Byrd. Seriously if this happened to Floyd or someone everyone hates even more than the klits they wouldn't be making excuses.
