I have him in the top 20 easily. I rank him above Wlad, because there are a lot of guys Vitali could beat that Wlad couldn't primarily the quicker guys with power.

Pacman was stopped twice too but now he's the 2nd coming of jesus to many people. Why is that? Because he has IMPROVED and was stopped long ago. Same for Wlad he has improved greatly under Steward's tutelage and is a new fighter now. He used to fight much more differently. So it's hard to say any HW in history would find the chin.k in his armor. He has showed zero weaknesses as of the past few years other than a possible hesitancy in engaging and fear of being hit.
