Fast Eddie doing his usual, aging Beterbiev, while still getting paid by forcing the WBC to mandate him with one of his fighters. Smith has to heal from the injury before there's even a training camp, so this fight probably won't be until September or October, which means the real fight between Beterbiev and Bivol won't happen until next year when Artur is 39. Meanwhile, Bivol, Edward's fighter, will face Buatsi, Edward's fighter, and Bivol, Edward's fighter, will face Cinnabon, promoted by Edward on a fight to fight basis. See how that works, Eddie continues to get paid and Beterbiev continues to age.

Joe Smith and even Artur himself has fought their shares of tomato cans yet they don't put them away like Callum.
Not at all, Tyson and Wilder knocked out champions, as well as Wilder knocking down Fury, a man that naturally outweighs him by 40 or 50 pounds, four times, good try though. Joe and Beterbiev have also knocked out champions, I'm not catching your point. Smith hasn't knocked out anyone other than the Euro-boxers and crash dummies that he's used to beating up.

Now if Bivol drops to 168, and beats Canelo, and becomes "Undisputed" at 168, then he can call all the shots!
Do you even watch boxing? Bivol is undersized at 175, he fights bigger men the whole career. How much bigger was Ramirez?

If Beterbiev retires, Bivol takes vacant belts.

                Charlo was undesputed.

but Bivol's career already > Charlo.

                Names > belts
Names are great, when they are in your weight class, or YOU move up (or down) and take a champion out! It's not the same when your opponent moves up. If Fulton beats Inoue, watch how many people say "he was the naturally bigger guy!" It's not the same as Mayweather, Pacquiao, Crawford, Canelo, Lomachenko, and Usyk, who moved up and took scalps! It is what it is!

Is Bivol a Light Heavyweight? Was Zurdo a Light Heavyweight? Is Beterbiev a Light Heavyweight? He fought Canelo, and he fought Zurdo, but he has not fought Beterbiev, who owns 3 titles at Light Heavyweight...period!

                    incorrect.

Hagler's entire HOF career is just names from lower weight classes. not to mention Canelo was already a champ at LHW.
