If it actually happens which is by no means a certainty, it’ll sell out within hours, a lot of those tickets will be picked up by touts or secondary markets though.
Obviously try to get the tickets first hand from the events ticket provider if you can but if not they will be available in secondary markets at a higher price and I can also guarantee there’ll be ticket touts hanging around the stadium on the day trying to flog the tickets they overbought and couldn’t sell online, so you can always drive a hard bargain with them and get them for cheap. -
Well put it this way, I went online for Fury v Whyte tickets and I was something like 240,000 in the queue, hence I didn't get tickets as there was only 94,000 ticketsSo I'm from Canada, gonna be in Spain on April 29th...i might just hop over to London to see this fight.. how would i get tickets for this ...like do fights this magnitude sell out quick? what you think prices will be? i feel this is a once in a lifetime thing...any advice/info would be awesome///never even been to a live local boxing match lol
Given that there was about quarter of a million people in the online queue, and the majority of people probably want between 2 and 4 tickets, they could have easily cleared half million tickets if it was possible. A lot were probably touts or secondary markets companies picking them up.
this is a bigger fight, but not everyone is a boxing fan, so I think the numbers of people trying to get tickets will be in the similar ballpark.
So its really just a case of getting on the ticket site they're using the second they go on sale and hope for the very best.
Ticket prices in a huge stadium like Wembley will probably be £60 or so at the very back, but it's hard to comprehend how big that stadium is and how far away you are in the cheapest seats, it will be like two dots in the ring
The prices go upwards from there. Id say for any decent seat halfway down, you're looking at a few hundred £. Still due to the size of the stadium, you're still pretty far away. Floor seats a few blocks away from the ring are probably approaching a grand and going up the closer you get.Last edited by deathofaclown; 03-15-2023, 09:36 AM.Comment

Yeah that's a good point, I found plenty for sale on fight week for face value or less for the Whyte fightIf it actually happens which is by no means a certainty, it’ll sell out within hours, a lot of those tickets will be picked up by touts or secondary markets though.

Yeah literally always happens mate, even the very biggest fights like Froch-Groves 2, AJ-Klitschko and Fury-Whyte as you said.
It even happens at the super fights in Vegas, my mate got a $500 value ticket for Canelo-GGG 2 on the day of the fight for just $200.Last edited by RJJ-94-02=GOAT; 03-15-2023, 09:43 AM.Comment

Nobody wanted to see it? That's why there was nearly quarter of a million in the queue when I was and why 94,000 attended. They wanted to see Fury return to the UK
The point is touts will always get tickets from insiders and you'll always find some, no matter who is fighting. Or people buy tickets and then can't travel etc..
It'll be very difficult to get tickets online as soon as they go on sale but as I say, just go on the second they're on sale and there's a chanceLast edited by deathofaclown; 03-15-2023, 09:51 AM.Comment

Can't speak for the possible Usyk/Fury fight as I'm here in the states but from the few posts from those across the pond,it looks like trying to scalp some tickets at the stadium the day of will be your best bet. Same as it is here. I've come up on some great seats plenty of times, some floor, for cheap just waiting until the 23rd hr where scalpers get desperate trying to recoup whatever they can.
Just make sure theyre willing to wait out front with you while one of your coworkers/friend enters with no issues before giving payment. Most scalpers I've bought from don't have issue with it.Last edited by Sctrojan; 03-15-2023, 09:56 AM.Comment

I'm just using that as comparison to the allure of this fight is all ...exaggerating a bit if you will
