Fulton is clearly a top 13-15 PFP fighter and some rate him higher and he absolutely will crack the top 10 if he beats Inoue which is a jump he absolutely deserves if he does that. And Bivol got ranked in the top 10 after the Canelo win and secured that even more from his last win which again shows you really don't know what you are talking about.

You made yourself look like a fool and I proved you wrong about weight classes and having to blast fighters out. If he gets the win and gets a top 10 PFP on the list, that is a high ranking so stop playing ****** and pretending that a fighter cannot be in the top 20 like he is and get a high ranking by landing inside the top 10 unless he moves up in weight or starts blasting out fighters. And I've seen a number of top 20 lists. You are way too new to boxing to be debating since you never heard of Whitaker and Hagler and were too ****** to realize Bivol WAS RECOGNIZED after the Canelo win. Stick a fork in you, you are done.
