If Floyd Mayweather used Cletto Reyes gloves would he have more Knockouts?

Floyd's been known to have bad hands through out his career but ive noticed he uses Grant boxing gloves which are considered more of a boxers glove and with a bit more padding than the "knock out" gloves Cletto reyes. SO my question is does Floyd sacrifice Knockouts to protect his hands?

The opposite: he'd give his opponents more opportunity to KO him. He could really mess his hands up with those things. We all know about his hand troubles.

All he would have is more hand injuries.

32 is usually not the time to switch to Rayes gloves... Those are for young KO artists who want to make an impression. Someone with Floyd's skills doesn't need KO power to make people stare at the magic he produces in the ring.

it ain't about the gloves, it about the mentality. floyd doesn't take any risks.

No, he wears the Grant to protect his hands and I don't think the gloves make that big a difference in power.
