If he is innocent he would have a lawsuit that will compensate him well. But he is not going that route because it will open a bigger can of worms for him. Now they are dangling Pac in front of him so he will continue to say that he is totally innocent.

How could it be worse for him? The general public has pretty much made up their mind about it. Few of us, despite our claims, are privy to every detail of this matter. The fact that Benn has the integrity to reject the WBC's farcical egg excuse speaks to his sincer belief that there were errors in the testing and that those errors will be brought to light. There were, apparently, inconsistencies in the testing. I'm willing to be patient and wait for all the facts to shake out before I've judged him.

The reporting is terrible. There's no news organization conducting their own investigation. Which is simply gathering data from both sides, then come up with a conclusion. What we have is this man insisting he's innocent, and the other side says he's guilty because he tested positive. The public has no way of knowing whether the tests were accurate or not. Which side is to be believed? Who knows? You believe he's guilty if you don't like the guy. The opposite is true. Only way is to have an independent system that could determine what the truth is. Unfortunately, there is none. It's a dark tunnel leading nowhere.

the independent source is VADA. That’s why they were hired to oversee the drug testing because they are independent impartial and accredited worldwide. Eggs benn says this would have all been dismissed in “a court of sports arbitration” so go do that then. What’s with all the posturing on Twitter? Says he’s gonna sue the bbboc. Do it then.
