when people bring up '106', they're talking about when he turned pro...there is no drama about weight in PAC's camp...you seem confused
I dont even get your question. Im not saying that its not a good win or a big win but the thread starter tried to make it sound like its one of the biggest wins of the last 10 years. Newsflash to all of you, Pac is the damn favorite. No matter how you guys twist it, Pac is the favorite and he's the favorite because he's always been bigger then you guys are making it seem and most think Cotto is a shell of his former self. Pac's biggest win? Yes. Biggest win of this decade? Hell NO

Man..If Pac beats Cotto he's a proven MONSTER.
Even though he is already a proven monster in my eyes. It's crazy how he went through the weightclasses like he did.

bud , barrera was what #3 p4p in the world at the time?

barrera was the lineal champ at 126.

barrera was the #1 featherweight in the world.

barrera hadn't lost in 3-4 years and that was a controversial loss to erik morales.

barrera was coming off victories over naseem hamed , erik morales , kevin kelley and johnny tapia.

pacquiao was fighting his 1st fight ever at 126 , having come up from 122.

pacquiao was a huge underdog and fighting in texas in front of a hostile predominantly mexican/mexican-american crowd.

believe me. barrera is the greatest victory of his career and will remain so whether he beats cotto or not.

LMFAO. Soon enough these threads always descend into 'PPV'/Draw discussion. Guys, leave all that to the promoters!

if manny beats cotto it will be his crowning achievement, unless he fights and beats mayweather, then that would be the crowning achievement, unless he fights and beats, margarito that would be the crowning achievement, unless he fights and beats Pwill, etc etc etc.. jajaja

im just kidding but seriously, pac beating cotto arguably his biggest victory.

eventhough mr. green doesnot think so.
