As far as many are concerned, Pacquiao KO'd Marquez in the first fight in the FIRST ROUND!!!!. In many instances that fight would have been stopped after the 3rd KD. Struggling to get to his feet on wobbly knees... Even ref Cortez admitted he wanted to stop it but gave Marquez a chance seeing that the end of the round was a second away. And to add to the insult, one referee made an error in scoring giving Pacquiao 10-8 when it should have been 10-7. Double jeopardy!!!!!!! What's the issue here??? That Marquez weathered the storm and was able to last the fight????? Stop being in dreamland. Marquez was KO'd in the FIRST ROUND, period!

Japan was good for him I agree.

I don't understand why he has haters tho. True he has not faced elite competetion. But, he is not running away from the elite fighters. He wanted to fight Pac. He was/is willing to fight Soto. But, he can't get a licensed anywhere in the states besides Texas. And, he faced Mosquera who an undefeated solid prospect. And, also Pitula who is a solid top 10 and some can make an argument was the linear champ. And, Valero destroyed both with ease.

I know he is not a skillful technician in the ring. He is not going to put on a boxing clinic. And, he does a lot of stuff wrong in the ring. But, he has that eraser. He can change a fight with just 1 punch. I don't understand why the hate.

If Valero ever got in with JMM, Soto, Bradley, or Alexander they would slice that Hugo Chavez tatoo right out of his chest. The dude is a wild swinging club fighter at best who has fought D to F level opponents.
