So out of all a whole division of welterweights that called Floyd out, his own division, the only call out he heard was from a lightweight. He actually tried to justify it by saying Marquez had a country behind him. What kind of crap is that. Guy ducks out of the division for two years, comes back to cherrypick a lightweight.

It's no surprise that when Brian Kenny called him out on it, he was pissed off and trying to change the subject. I

    Insert more Floyd excuses here:

I deal with hypocrites and Pac Bois are the biggest ones.

I'm not surprised you wanted nothing to do with those lists of cherries

Nobody sees Manny on Floyds cherrpicking level

The thread is about Floyds zero risk fights finally catching up to him, the piss poor excuse he offered up, and all you can do is try to make it about Manny.

Manny's a hypocrite Manny fought catchweights etc etc etc. You guys are big whine babys.

Public Service Announcement: Floyd cherrypicked until the wheels fell off.

Maaaybe if he just fought the best guys in their prime, still trying to cherrypick Youtubers wouldn't be worth his time

You didn’t hear about the Korean YouTuber Manny fought three months ago?
It was a great fight for Manny. Great matchup
You should look it up. It’s on YouTube.

Floyd didn’t fight Brandon Rios or Mathysse or Broner or a YouTuber from Korea or Britney Spears or Benn. I could go on and on

The Korean YouTuber was a real 42 year old non boxer!
              Great fight though

Credit to Floyd for milking the exhibition business early on, but, as time passes...less and less people care. It was cool for a while, but trends disappear.

Floyd's ego is a big driver for him though. At a point where he should be stepping away, he can't. If exhibitions continue to disappoint, he's going to be faced with truly hanging them up, or giving it one more go in an actual fight. We could see Floyd back, or we could see him go for good - both work for me.

Its ALL about the opponent that's as obvious as the nose on your face, Floyd could clean up with known opponents, it's bound to fail using a no-name on short notice.

He's not chopped liver, but he can't draw like he used to. He cleaned up fighting Tenshin - a relative unknown outside kickboxing circles - because the exhibition format was fresh, and it was Floyd. Now, same Floyd, still a relatively unknown opponent, but he's 6 exhibitions deep and hardly anyone gave a **** about it.

Don't get me wrong, he ain't gonna be crying poor. But his star is waning.
