I feel like people are missing the point.

If WBC/VADA did everything by the book, then they would have banned Benn.

Instead, they invented an egg excuse that he didn't even claim as his defence and threw the case out.

Why would they do that if they have nothing to hide and found no irregularities in the process?

None of it is adding up.

WBC mentioned high consumption if eggs. Eddie said 270 pages made no mention of eggs (although they submitted his diet plan which im guessing they wrote a lot of eggs otherwise wbc have not pulled that out of nowhere)

WBC said they asked for info in August got nothing back in till Dec. Why did it take that long for Benns team? After that he failed another test and they still tried to go ahead with the fight. Only then did he get scientists and lawyers to look into it and drafy the 270 page book which took 2 months

They did not send a copy to bbbcofc (i know peoples argument is nothing to do with then its vada etc etc but doesn't matter failed test is a failed test everypne should be given evidence if innocent)

Eddie has always claimed Vada was the gold standards and boast how much he pays. WBC said nothing wrong with the testing process and no irregularities with it. Yet Benn also doesn't mention eggs as the excuse in his social media post. He's putting the blame on the testing process and said he doesn't believe he had the substance in his system at all. I don't believe it is the testing process because it was TWO failed tests over a month apart.if it was contamination during testing wherr are thr example of other peoples tests with the sane result. What are the chances he had 2 tests fail over a month apart just due to testing irregularities

Even worse look now for Eddie and Benn as they're happy with wbc result but at the same time trying to s*** on them in top of that going against the bbbofc

In that statement, he describes 2 procedural irregularities.
Claiming procedural irregularities is not "exploiting legal loopholes". It's not even a "legal loophole".

Blaming TWO FAILED TESTS on procedural irregularities is exactly that.

He's saying the tests were clear three times but were retested 9 days later and then found positive.

When Benn requested the B sample be tested with his own scientist present he was not allowed to be in the same room.

The very fact that the WBC jumped to the 'excessive consumption of eggs' excuse without Benn even saying that, suggests that they may be covering up for VADA shenanigans.

1. There's chatter about Benn fighting Eubank. Nobody believes it because of VAST disparity in weight classes.
2. "English" (Eubank Sr.) says with a lisp it's not happening because "Livingston" (Eubank Jr) has never been at that weight.
3. All of a sudden we get a fight announcement out of nowhere for a 155 catchweight or something
4. English again repeats that the fight isn't happening
5. Livingston says he's not talked to English since the announcement, that English won't talk to him, but he did ask English to work the corner
6. Nigel says he's all on board and ready to go
7. English does a live stream with Nigel and says again the fight isn't happening and he'll do "whatever it takes" to stop the fight, that "they" are trying to kill his son, because Livingston has never made that weight and weight cuts can be deadly as Nigel well knows. NIgel says "he signed it, Chris!". English says he wasn't present for that and needed to be. Nigel: "so you're going to tell your ADULT son he can't fight?" English: "Absolutely." 8. Livingston posts videos of him eating KFC chicken
9. Livingston posts a concerning photo showing him looking extremely gaunt but having made weight as agreed; meanwhile Benn posts videos showing him jacked to the gills
10. The first report about a failed test for Benn leaks out (it wasn't officially put out, it was LEAKED) and he's in denial mode; everyone supports his statement initially
11. Promoters say the fight is going forward, English puts out a statement saying he believes Benn is innocent
12. BBBofC puts their foot down and refuses to authorize the fight
13. Second test failure report comes out - this time, by Benn himself admitting it (which means they were trying to suppress it)
14. Livingston is no longer supportive and accuses Benn of being a cheater
15. English goes on a podcast, completely drops the accent and through seething teeth, says, "you...who tried to kill my son...I'm going to get you. You know who you are."
16. Livingston's very next fight, he gets absolutely obliterated by a guy he should have walked right through. Shades of 2003 Roy Jones after beating Ruiz where Tarver was able to completely destroy him, and the rapid weight shifts were part to blame (skill played a factor).

As I said right after the cancellation: That bold line? That told me enough about why all of a random sudden things started getting reported. English had to have been the one who got the initially story leaked that stopped the fight.

If we accept that, it means WBC is clearly covering something up. Most likely: nobody can say what caused the failure, so they made up an excuse.

Similar to UFC, where Jon 'Bones' Jones kept failing tests and they called it "picogram" findings; then at least 3 other UFC fighters started popping with that same situation, same finding and got off scot free.

The matchroom schills are claiming UKAD and bbboc investigations are irrelevant but that’s the farthest thing from the truth he can’t get licensed by any legitimate athletic board till he gets a a boxing license and that won’t happen with this investigation hanging over his head. As I said earlier he can fight for the Luxembourg commission all he wants and from what I’m seeing that’s exactly what fast Eddie hearns is gonna do put him on a card sanctioned by a joke commission and keep doing that keeping his WBC rank.
