Pbc doesn’t control any titles, it only stands to reason that these heavyweights would have to look outside the pbc umbrella for opportunities. Top Rank and Queensbury with Frankie me old mucker would appear to hold all the cards, and since they have Jarod Anderson, possibly for the near future as well.
